Claudia Schiffer was a German supermodel who was discovered in the nightlife of Düsseldorf in 1987. Not long after, she appeared in Elle magazine and became a model for Chanel.
She thought her peak period in the 90s was 'absolute madness', she now says. “Together with some girls, I suddenly got the label 'supermodel'. Instead of mannequins, we became sex symbols. Kind of like rock stars."
And Claudia was considered by many to be the absolute queen.

With the photocopier I enlarged that sketch to the appropriate size...
...now I could move on...
the rest is work... ideas usually come easily, but execution takes more work...
especially a lot of clothes and coat hangers this time!
Dresses in all colors... Color tests were definitely necessary here!
... and then the final execution: carefully trace on the light box
and paint with gouache on drawing paper, fixed on a wooden board.
...and hope the printing house finishes it nicely... (unfortunately the paper quality wasn't that great this time. Her skin doesn't look very smooth...)
